I have solved the problem.

The art*.myp files were corrupted.
Server disconnected me, because game couldn't load models and I had Error code = 10038.

I deleted all art*.myp files and download them from the launcher.
May be this solution could help somebody in future.

Thanks for your advice, but it doesn't help. Launcher downloaded all the data and doesn't want to download any more. I deleted the cache and user folders, the problem persists.
