Return of Reckoning

All these posts complaining about a class getting nerfed not realizing its a total shake up, and most classes are getting nerfed. Power of a class is always a comparison with others. It's going to be ok. But Magus already needed help in live, and now what little good and unique things magus/engi go...

The issue with procs as it currently stands is they are based on set level and we are unable to simply edit the actual effect as an individual piece, which is why they're swinging in values. Probably not what you want to hear, but the Ability Rework will actually allow us to build this armor debuff...

1770 was too strong and now you made it completly useless. Only purpose for the vale walker set was creating more diversity for the 2x no-armor debuff tanks on both sides. Just give HV the Stalwart Soulstone quest and the set becomes much more available since people will run it. nop since you can obtain soulstones via rvr there is no reason to do silly pve on the other hand if there ring would have a talis slot or would be 4th slot the whole set would become much mor...

Interesting to see that even a 5 to 10% population difference seems to equate to the more populous side having 2 or 3 times as many kills. Are you on during NA times for destro and hearing the bitterness there? This data would be much more helpful if it also was broken down by time of day, since there's a big difference in population and realm density at different times.
