WE have better burst on opening than WH by far.
WL have more ST burst than Mara.

WH can disrupt VoT and WoP after application with Shroud of Magnus. But seems normal to me.

This is the only real issue : the consistency of ST buffs for tanks. Not an easy one to solve.

Same punt for everyone ? Than give same dmg same avoidance and same resist to all tanks or make one tank class maybe. Not sure I would play a BG w/o exile.

Well I just skipped a city to complete this task. We took the keep, but the task is not done...
