One advantage 2h has is innate 10% parry bypass- combined with parry bypass from str (effects of stats got changed in one of last patches) its 20% constant parry bypass, might be able to work something out around that.

Cleance dont remove all stack at once since ability rework. Fervor do 1/3 of bal damage, not sure how you come with fervor*3=bal, mid tree is crit dependant with low sustain.
