Check this post from some years ago. Many changes have been made and in a sense its not the same game. So take it for general knowledge but not as absolute. Would need a dev to confirm if stats still work the same.

These are some great people and really helpful with all aspect of the game, if your new or old and looking for a guild on order I suggest giving them a try.

i would rather see someting like rage go from when in berserk also ignore % of enemy armor. since being in red penalize you twice by halving resist and armor. I would rather see 75% damage increase brought down and mixed in with an armor penetration %.

I ran this tactic a few time on my SM, speaking of Blessing of Heaven (BoH). The way I found to utilize this tactic to max efficiency was to Buff attack speed to reduce to lowest level.
