Does anyone know of a program to view ingame item models? I heard Machinima Studio could, but it requires some other files that are horribly out of date that I can't find on the interwebs.

Due to the lack of T2-3 scenarios, would the ability to convert medals to emblems, even at a 5:1, be balance breaking? I'd only be referring to scout and soldier medals and emblems.

I feel it'd afford the ability to let leveling character's maintain up to date gear regardless of their spec.
