The paste were called Liniments. They could be made with apothecary. Some of the seeds were special drops, bop out of dungeons that you could cultivate over and over. Saphery on the Destro side. Go to the beach and there is a little island about half way up just off the coast. Its happens about every three hours - watch the sun set and the moons rise. The sky is amazing.
