If Choppa could get hit by OYG for 500 "only" once per GCD, that would be a buff, no? It's depends on numbers on those Battle Commands, as they don't have to keep current value. Point is, it would require some testing and adjustments, to make them powerful enough tools, so you bother with rotating ...

2. Again, which type of ICD? Because specific attacker being able to only hit once per 1 sec by aura of specific chosen/kotb, no matter how many targets protected by the aura does he hits by aoe, is a hard nerf compared to current version. Quite a few auras (kotb melee thorns vs destro melee deathball, chosen magic thorns vs bw spam), especially if empowered even if for a short time, will be incredibly overpowered if affecting all in 30 f and not just team. Since KotBS/CH mechanic is kinda fire and forget, so maybe its slowly time to think how to change that? While I understand, its not top priority currently... There actualy could be done much more things to Marauder as class is wasting so much design potential. For example, removing "stance requirement", but adding side effects to abilities based on which stance Marauder is (like being Vengeful gives bonuses in case of SW). Mara just deserves stance rework into something like SW has (with static buffs), so savagery would grant proper +DPS and brutality would give proper burst.

Adding MMR and matchmaking "teams" or "soloers" while adding account wide campaign contribution (realm based) giving priority to those who contributed for their realm while matchamaking instead doing whoever walks into gate first gets a pop first would be step in right direction.
