Agreed. Both SC upgrades and Sentinel tomes are noth worth the effort, or having worse stats than blue sc ones. Subjugator proc is utterly useless since anything a pure healer want is survivability/healing, absolutely NEVER damaging proc (it's pure nonsense). Still sticking to my Tome or Repose wait...

Anyway, when you have literally 25% of a realm's classes that are useless/unwanted in endgame content, the underlying problem is not population distribution or player organisational abilities... and need to be adressed in some fashion BEFORE inciting people to play in a certain way (ie, city sc). Main issue is many dmg runes are redundant without added effects (buffs, debuffs, cc, etc.). Have you even played the class yet? You still have 100ft range on your skirm abilities except shadow sting. It only goes down to 65ft if you slot the aoe tactic. We could use at least a prioritization of targets by visibility ; getting every enemy behind walls before the ones that we can actually shoot is so frustrating and counter-intuitive... :/
