Your kisses can proc on every auto attack ( or with a ICD of max 2 seconds ).
You can't have everything. Give us Bullet procs on every attack too then.

There is some talk about buffs / changes for WE/WH but this is not the problem of WE.

How do I maximise the bolstering effect ? What should I look for on my gear? Talis ? Potions?
