No amount of hardware is going to make this game run well. if anything, single core performance might have the biggest effect. Intel I3 9350KF is a very good cheap CPU for single core performance.

@Zxul, I am no sure if 66% damage mitigation is all due to toughness. But if you got proves, let me know please. And such amount, of toughness, is reachable only on wp/dok.
