I just noticed we both love IB and James Bond LOL.

Also I would like to point out that the sov weapons will bring about MORE regen, as the defensive 2h also had +80/4sec. But really it’s just a niche thing that’s only useful in extreme pug/solo, lol.

Your IB isn’t going to kill any tanks without having warlord and double armor debuff (ability+m1) as for you, you should b spamming spirit attacks on a tank, it’s literally the only source of dmg you’ll do.

Can agree on this. If not my guildies/friends i wouldn't had chance to go city on my 78 IB... Even after spamming /5 before city for 20 mins. My 81 SM or 76 KOTBS got insta invitations... Except for organized WBs that know situational and good sides of IB the dwarf is rly the least sought out tank ...

Those abilities scale with str and all abilities scale with mastery points. Nothing in here but a bunch of bad wp/dok you never see for good reasons.

You can cry about the damage but realistically chosen is still the best 2h tank possible on destro.

its not about aiming for any random value, you have to create the set that gives the most stats overall. My dude, 1k str is not a random value, it’s the str cap and it’s the bare minimum.
