The devs are very active making patches every Friday. As for pop it is usually low during the NA primetime since the majority of the playerbase is ppl from the EU.

Why explosive shots M3? I found when i tried to use it was very picky on what it would proc on. Not to mention that if the target(s) dodged alot that was basically a wasted morale dump. Didnt Choppas have an armor debuff at some point? Did it get replaced by an incoming heal debuff? Cant stop the chop used to be a armor debuff then the original devs mirrored it the slayers deep wound HD for some reason. Deep Wounds changed at the same time. It used to be a spammable 50% Incomming ...
