Exactly what I did when I got to 50rr.

everything is good as it is now, donesn't need to be changed at all

Started just today in the morning, It's impossible to play, NPC's wont load and I always get disconnected. When I asked other people in the chat, they said everything is good for them. Any idea what went wrong?
