maybee becouse mostly "6mans" premade leave game and mindless zerglings stay :) It might be that most of the people still interested in the game are so (warhammer ip aside) for the RvR massive scale warfare. There is a lot of games be it fps, mmo and such with small scale/arena gametypes....

Are Organized 24man warbands doing enough xp/rp?

In the past like when I was levelling my SW I would ride along a warband and and not being in it, and doing most of the dmg for that kill would give quite a bit more Conq medallions and RP after a session than just being in it.
