We killed the Lord, but he just dissappeared after he should have died, no rewards, no medallions, no bags, not for destro, not for order.

The only issue I have with that solution is that its gets way easyer for defenders to get Invader Set cause more Invader Meds. Game is hard, as it should be, you need to do and think alot to achieve what you want ingame, as it should be, and in my opinion only Forts should give anything related to ...

Its the population difference that shows who wins. Most of the Time you have PUG WBs in RvR Lakes, and they are very rarely organised like premade WBs so that means 90% of the time Destro and order pug charge at each other and try to smash the enemy in good old fashioned way.
