Not gonna lie here, 6 sec double immunity seems a bit over performing. If you have a double tank group, thats 12 seconds. Most fights don't last much longer out of zergballs.

In general, I approve of normalization of CC / ability durations / etc... across the classes, this is going to make your job WAY easier in the future, and makes it easier on players to remember timings. Sequencer is not NB, so a lot of the flexibilty has been lost. Generally speaking you want the skills with the longest CD to fire first that way when they come back available they will pop up again.
