Oh my. Only thing that make zealot/rp so needed is the fact that the heal ritial proc everything and most importantly their 2 essential tactics - 25% heal increase and shield proc. That is all. On orvr where you got multiple wbs spaming aao at the heat of the battle you dont spam flash cos one misse...

The biggest nerf to AM/shaman survivability is being stationary during FodG/EoV. CAsting on the move made you a slippery target, while now the short range makes you a sack of RP ripe for some charge+kd. Shamans and am heal output is on par with zealot/rp so no need to buff there. If you think that, I am not sure if you know what you are talking about. You cant compete against 1 / 1.5 second heals while AMs/sham are a second longer. EoV/fotdg did that, on the cost of survivability, compared to RP. ...

Shamans and am heal output is on par with zealot/rp so no need to buff there.
Their utilities and esp debuffs are pretty solid.
Yes, fix/redo the mechanic to be meanonfull, but overall healing output is pretty good .

first city siege design was mix of mass pvp and 24 man pve. PvP part imo was cool. Firstly your realm needed to take 2 forts that were much harder than ror implementation, so basically that happened 4-5 am Saturday. Slayers were top pick for basically all game modes. Often even 2 of them at group. So it is good to be toned down abit to be more in line with other dps picks.

It is different story if they over nerf them. But the community need more test time to see where they will end

Premade stacking is not really on purpose. Just when one of the realms got better prems on its side, prems on other side disband if they got continuously farmed. Happens on both sides, after all noone like to be farmed full time. Lately, too often you got prem + pug vs 2 premades which is tough job ...

Shaman m4 is one of the best group morals ingame. Not sure it is working on ror by same way but on live you could reduce the enemy dmg to 1 by timming m4, auto detaunt and detaunt skill
