Does the heal-bonus from 7pc-Inv on BO stack with the Zealot-tactic "Blesssing of Chaos"? Not sure as it was mentioned that the 7pc-procs work like an additional tactic. Do the attacks have to successfully land or is the proc activated on "cast"? If so, what about skills like Big...
