I feel like the melee SW/ SH is working great right now, but a part of me is skeptic about it
Is their Survivability tied to the fact that we have no access to the land of the dead weapons and therefore can't brust them like we used to on Live, or have we found a good balance ?

I don't know what are the ROR developer's stand but I know what was Mythic's stand on this: Classes are not supposed to be an exact mirror of each other. I agree that the system has its flaws, and a lot of potions mask a lot of abilities in a way that they become obsolete. And i have an additional suggestion: Make all stat/armor potions increase the characters attributes not by a fixed amount, but use a percental value for the calulation: this way, ...

Healers normally have 3 'archetypes' direct healer resource stack > heal/ dps lifesteal your dps may come in handy and shift the scales a bit but unless you have a great build in mind, don't expect people to tolerate your 'just b urself' 'i play for fun' this is a group game and it's somewhat compet...
