if the character hasn't been online for a long time (a year i think?), the name can be claimed by someone else. So if you really like a name, you should play with that character sometimes.

not only should they return these, they should actually add more blue and purple items for levels 20-40. also decrease influence needed for tier3 and tier4 influence rewards (t2 would be nice as well). if not that, then increase inf gained from kills/BOs/keeps there. right now i'm playing alt KOTBS...
