While I can't speak for the devs and say if it'll happen again - I haven't had anything like this happen to me, and I'm generally playing when the server restarts. I hope it was just a separated incident.

Are they really? It seemed to me like destro was down when I rolled a few days ago. To be fair we can roll both sides, but that feels like cheating to me.
