Depends on when on live you are talking about tbh. RD, TB, crystal of sandstorm/odjira and increased armor/stats made kiting way more potent on live than the abilities to ”spam” GFI. Live you couldnt spam GFI and ITT on the move while kiting and getting speed procs. This change was really to fix AMs and made Shaman practically uncatchable if played correctly.

Its a balance. I think there are alot of players that would get more out of the game if they took it more seriously and some that would if they treated it more as a game. Gateing these people of ffrom each other isnt likely to encourge either to. Youd just have pugs with no idea what they were doing...
