It's a targeting bug that cropped up a month or 2 ago, you need to detarget the player to "fix" it.

Don't use willpower talismans, cant count the number of healers that just disintegrate when i look at them funny because they haven't enough mitigation/wounds.

Please no more damage procs, we had a nerf of those for a reason. Also sword master's damage output is already very sufficient being high above the other tanks.
