Imho currently MMR has way too high impact on amount of Triumphant Emblems received for played matches.

My Chosen (10-2) got 320 for 12 played matches.
My SM (with positive win rate!) got 327 with 37 played matches.

Solo ranked is a .pug with additional matchmaking and gear requirements. If people are not happy with the gear, spec, class or general quality of their teammates they should form a premade. And op, "surprises you"? That solo ranked was going to be toxic was a given. Thought premade ranked...
