Edit: My Slayer is now level 35 and currently in Stalker set. (Working on Deva, but T4 seems to be near.)

Well first the devs have to to bring WAR back to what it was when it shutdown first.

Its nice to think of stuff like that cardhitman89, but bringing WAR back to what is was is going to take a lot of time and dedication for the developers.
