It is the best mdps game has to offer, that works really well in every part of the game, be it small scale, scs or rvr.
You will figure out builds on your own whilst leveling. It is pretty straightforward.

1. Remove CD dec from BO and put snare back to 40% 2. change YGS to 25% armor pen 25% 10/20s (an ol declined balance proposal) Nothing more is needed really and slayer has better sustain bc ID procs and aa tac even wo ramp Chp could produce a better spike with bleed em out on live but on ROR i neve...

There is nothing in the game like 1 shot. However, there is: a) lack of game knowledge b) incorrect gearing c) incorrect speccing in masteries d) no situational awarness e) playing solo f) not playing with a full 6 g) not maximising groups potential by a composition that supports other classes weakn...
