From recent experience I can say that guild leaders are essential for a healthy server. Footpatrol got consistently **** on and mocked for his ideas and he left. I've never met someone who has the knowledge of this game like him. Now our guild is dead and there's no coming back. +1 right there ^^

I dont have the solution for this but as far as i know its there since week one of fortress and yes IT SUCK. Well there used to be a lot more the tanks were doing or could be doing infront of keep doors but the low amount of organization at the warband level doesn't really call for it anymore. SnB tanks are for RvR unless the SnB provides utility needed for smaller scale. I didn't see a problem with this....
