Transfer Essence is just a filler like I stated. Obviously in those "Clench" moments - you just spam essence lash, and then 2 aoe heals, essence lash 2 aoe heals and hit shield if it is off cooldown. But it is an extra 400-500 ish AOE heals. It builds mechanic for those moderate heal mome...
