Marauder is objectively more sought after. In terms of which is more fun, I think its mSH because the insane mobility. Maras have more dmg but mSH has the mobility and pet micro (if you run one).

My suggestion is in stage 2/3 of forts you reduce the timer to 35 minutes down from 45 minutes, but once you reach certain % on fort Lord, that lost time is added back. aoe sorc is very mobile. its a lot of ice spikes and infernal wave spam with 1 ticking shadow knives mixed in.
