There are lot of complains from order about GTDC, and from destro about Rampage. From other hand, those are iconic game abilities. So my suggestion is, instead of removing them, balance it by giving them to both classes- slayer gets GTDC in addition to Rampage, while choppa gets Rampage in addition...
