Crimsonwind is still the best bet you can get on a SM, being small scale or WB play. SInce you wont have any decent defenses increase outside of WoDS (wich prevents you to do anything else anyway), you need Reactionary proc to be up at any time.

Try to uncheck "use first person view" in User settings > General > Camera section. Otherwise it could be a too high sensivity on your mousewheel/touchpad, like some setting telling to scroll X pages up or down. If you can disable your mousewheel in your mouse software, it could be the bes...
