SM morales swap seems like a weird change but I think can see a reason - no SM was using Guard of Steel as M1 cause it is much better to have CC as M1 and Wings of Heaven as M2. Overall it is a nerf to SM morales cause even +160 group Toughness buff is worse than Shield Wall or Distracting Bellow an...
