Slowing Radiance is the name of the granted ability. It will be an active ability similar to those granted by Runepriests. I have no idea what those abilities actually do, however!

Has anyone heard the devs are looking into the stat changes? They fixed the DoK/WP really fast, but I haven't seen anything since then.
