Yes we are testing our new ability system with 1.4.8 as it is the last known working data. Changes added since we added custom ability changes in Return of Reckoning were not implemented correctly in the client, therefore are not a good reference. If this is true we can try and see what was changed at the time to cause this. If you have any more details it would be appreciated.
