What RVR ? Order are struggling to get any gear and progress past 5lvl with mobgrind, because there is no gear vendors yet and main part of quests are bugged.

He means that Dyox's server closed.
I have found that this server improved Dyox version(or code) a lot more and added new things. Still we are in pre-alpha and there is huge mountain of work ahead.
