Maybe you were flagged for PvP because you crossed RvR-Zone without noticing. Happens easily in BC. Or you hit the wh a few moments before and he just waited for a better opportunity to strike. Should be noticable on the video if you get RvR-tagged during the ambush. If not you probably were tagged ...
