Is there a way to apply the buff people used to get during city sieges that would increase their sizes?

If I had to guess, I would say somewhere around 95% of quests are handed in to the person that gave them.

This has probably been said about 20x, and I don't want to derail the premise of the thread, but I really think there needs to be more thought on gear choices. I agree that currencies / how loot should be distributed should be worked on, but I think we should think bigger and make currency universal...

I'd agree with Jaycub and add SW/SH to the mix. If played/specced right, they can straight merc someone without much fear of retaliation due to burst and range advantages.

It's an Epic Quest reward; it's supposed to be unique. There's a reason why it says "Choose one". The quest is also supposed to be "Epic", but it's soloable by just about every class and takes about an hour to do, which isn't very "epic". Additionally, there are plenty...

I think that making them repeatable would be a better alternative than just having a vendor for them. It incentivizes going back out into the world, and the possibility of helping someone who is doing it for the first (or, if implemented, second+) time.
