NM, fixed. Relogged game. When Iogged back on, the Chest was back and was able to fuse.

Hey, just completed the zone inf in T2, I chose the Mandred's Corset for my Witch Elf Mehlindy. I receive the chest in my backpack, I try to fuse a +2 jewel. And then the whole chest just disappeared from backpack. Please fix if possible.
