Rampage is fine as is, especially with Chosen getting Mixed Defenses + Suppression granting Chosen +50% Parry, BG having a core AOE block/parry debuff, and BO having +50% block on demand.

Maybe balance all of these as well.

The range is 40 + 5 ft, that means that any squishy range should easily be able to out range the Choppa. BG and IB don't really get locked out of much by not going 2h, they still have about the same util either way.

These laundry lists don't work. Each bullet point does not have equal value. AM morale pump doesn't belong anywhere near most Destro morale pumps.
