The pug scenario pops really slow for solo players, I was watching a stream where someone was duo q for the pug sc and he was getting 3 sc pop and I was not getting a single one this seems broken to me.

FP + torment + torment + abso + torment + torment + abso ... or FP + torment + torment + BH + torment + torment + abso ... (against tougher targets) Would be my guess if the Witch Hunter knows what he/she is doing. With Hunters bullets also hit hard in T1 in t1 u actually do more damage by spamming...

Offensive sets have been moved over to PvE, so Bastion Stair will drop the new sets. Scenarios will hopefully get some toys in the future, too, otherwise I echo your concerns about them dragging behind/losing appeal. Pug scenario was popping really fast before the scenario changes and after it take...

why change something that was already working? sc pop taking hella time to pop atm only to benefit a minority.

Sc pop is really slow for me atm maybe 1 pop per hour since the sc changes, before that i was getting sc pops every 5-10min.
