Shaman's and SH's kites everything in this game and WL counters them or that was the idea at some point in time.
WL still only got 5s duration on their snare which got nerfed last year.

What Slayer and Choppa bring to a warband is more than just aoe damage, they will bring most importantly 50% healdebuff and have their full singeltarget rotation with them aswell as aoe pressure. Slayer and Choppa are good at shutting down BW/Sorcs (any dps really) because of 100% crit chance reduct...

See the thing is people like to just focus on 1 ability with a microscope and not look at the larger picture. Can rampage be countered? Yes. You can track Rampage with buffhead, so in a 24v24 you make sure to keep up the challenges and use distracting bellow (tank m2). Have tanks tracking it and TAK...
