This would probably be a good balance point to make. Why have the skills at all if they're not a valued addition to a rotation? If you look at the damage they do and effect they have, are they worth using over any other ability?

Ah, you need to have the RoR launcher in the same folder as war.exe

war.exe is set to read-only, change it.

Uncheck read-only on the entire folder, this may catch some of the other files.

You may also need to whitelist war.exe, rorlauncher.exe in your antivirus, or the entire WAR folder.
