Interesting. After server crash on 8/5/22 at approx. 15:30 server time it's gone. I've noticed this debuff a while ago, about 6-8 months. Never saw it live so guessing it's something RoR devs have developed. I'd just like to be made aware of it and what happened that caused this to be implemented.
