Except it isn't zerg surfing, xrealmers are the ones who push city. If order wants free pve rvr during NA time, they get IC for free, they have for months. If destro try to push, order prides (no city). So now peopel have to switch over to push altdorf. Noe they can't do city on the toons they want...
