Short range and mobility... but the point of tactics is to meant to let you make up for their shortcomings and customize the mastery/class to suite your play style. The range reduction was obvious to anybody with a deep knowledge of class balancing after the rSW rework. Both mastery trees we reworked are mid-range focused.
