Griefing/AFK in scens is actionable. Contact a GM. We like to abuse our power to force mentality changes.

Scens appear to be broken, will need to be fixed with a server boot. Play another character until that happens. We usually address that particular issue same-day when possible.

Most people argue that just buying a copy of windows is worth the money. You don't have to buy at full retail....

Everyone has 1.4.8, that's the version we have to download from. Unless you meant something else.

As a general rule, Green/Blue/Purple drops will have different appearances in each tier. You can usually tell by the item icon.

Solo healing gets you nothing here. Join a warband/group or spec DPS and get a couple kills.

Should be fixed now anyway. Pretty rare bug, sometimes creating a character causes corruption in the next slot.
