Which classes are needed in each faction?

Hi everyone!

I am another returning player. Having absolutely loved the game back in the days and recently heard of this amazing project I immediately decided to hop on.

I still have to create my character and although I am going to try a couple ones before making my definitive choice I would love to read your advice and opinions on which classes are needed in each faction right now. I gathered that unbalance is sometimes a problem by reading the introduction to RvR on this forum.

Is there a lack of Order or Destruction players? And in these two what are the missing archetypes? Tank, melee/ranged dps or healers?

All play styles are appealing to me and I'd prefer being useful on the battlefield and helping this project by playing what is needed to balance the encounters than just picking a random class that I enjoy, so your take on the subject is welcome.

Tank achetype on both side.
Any tank class that can guard swap and challenge.
Also not melting away like icecream.
