[Revew - Brief] [DE] Bathing in Blood refresh

This tactic provides a small 9s hot on kills with the first tick after 3s. Mainly used in PvE and could be useful for Sorcs and BGs for leveling or PvE farming but is currently very underwhelming.
The issue:
The first tick of the hot is after 3 seconds, any kills before this resets the timer to 9s and results in no healing until you go 3 seconds without a kill. For example, if you have 3 mobs on you and you kill 1, then 2 seconds later you kill another you will refresh the buff and have not received any healing yet. If you then 3s later kill the last one you get 1 tick of healing before the reset. Ideally you should not lose out on healing because you kill mobs too close to each other.
Solution 1:
[/color]Make the first tick happen instantly, can reduce duration to 6s to compensate if getting 1 extra tick is considered too strong. This would let you get some more healing in for a bit of sustain to reduce the downtime while waiting for hp regen after backlashes + mob damage.
Solution 2:
Allow it to stack with itself a couple of times, refreshing the oldest first. This would give you some more healing and make it less likely that you get refreshes before getting healed.
Solution 3:
Do not allow it to refresh. This would guarantee the healing.
I would prefer solution 1 as it is the simplest change and turns an otherwise really bad tactic into something situationally useful for PvE.
