That is not exactly correct: there are many WHs who don't spec BaL and go for EW+SoD+ absospam, which is also very good dmg and kinda comparable. Also IF tactic is a good source of damage.

This is a PvP game, so your AoE farming needs are basically irrelevant. IF they feel AoE should stay on the WH, it shouldn't be because of your laughable butchering, but for group PvP play reasons: anyway, you are doing it on the wrong class. It takes very few time to level up a PvE alt, get ruin gear and start farming like there's no tomorrow, don't pollute the thread with professions crap.
Oh really? You got 2 working trees, so I will tell you how this server will turn out. Every day there are crybabies coming and overtime they force the DeVs, to streamline EVERY TREE. In the long run, perfectly fine trees, will be underpowered because of all the new implementations making mediocree builds FOTM. And all for what? Because "mimimi Dragongun is weak in RvR" well, you got plenty of options. Now to act in a manner like yours: Why don't give Blackguard 2h Knockdown asap? Why not make White Lion "Loner" strong enough asap? Why not give KotBS 2h Ironbreaker burst capabilities? Why dont we give Tanks good selfheals? You know where this ends...

Why inventing the wheel again? Adjust Numbers/CD and its okayish to have some sort of "Burst AoE CD".

The whole Buff/Debuff meta is predestinated to fail no matter what. Instead of blowing even more gas into the bubble, there should be brainstormed solutions, which don't throw so many things in chaos. (unpredictable outcomings)

Look, I didn't ask for anything, it's Aza's idea to get something out of a shitty ability and to make a tree viable, so deal with it. Buy adjusting dmg tables for Dragon Gun - unless you make it OP - won't do much.

so you take EW+ sod just to reduces toughness(because it's the only stat which reduced will increase your damages)? on top it dosen't stack with any other tough debuff... kinda crap compared to get a heal debuff / dot that crit 600 on tanks /KD/ 50% critial damages. Moreover the aim of the balance it's to make every class swapable with others, everyone with his pro and crontr, make wh more relevant for aoe physical damages just go in this direction, because bw alredy is relevant and alredy make other classes (sm CD decrease, engi pull/corp debuff). A armor change will also make more relevant wl/slayer/IB in an aoe set up.

Not sure if you meant that, but you can have EW, SoD, KD, heal debuff and crit tactic anyway. Some people prefer EW cause BaL can be cleansed (I still prefer Bal on SoD and then absospam).

Several classes have specs that only shine at rr70. Any balance change should take rr70 into consideration.

still have more things and better quality with rr 70 with out go for sod (+tactic) and EW build(you also waste 1 tactic that way).
